Kitchen Hood/Exhaust Cleaning
Firebrand uses proven methods for removing grease and flammable residues from the interior surfaces of the hood canopies, filters, duct work and exhaust fans. We ensure compliance with all applicable and fire health codes. We steam/hand clean the entire hood and duct system from top to bottom. Every part of the system including the exhause fan is cleaned to bare metal in accordance with the NFPA 96 Standards for Ventilation and Fire Protection.
Hood Filter Replacements
Firebrand will replace your filters to reduce the amount of grease vapors getting into the exhaust system. These filters work as a fire break as well, aluminum filters can melt and disintegrate from the intense high heat of a grease fire. Stainless steel filters clean much easier and quicker then aluminum or galvanized filters.
Exhaust Fan Maintenance
Firebrand will perform regular maintenance of the fan, belt, bearings, and housing. Required repairs will be written on the completion report and noted for repair. Our supervisors oversee each project to ensure everything goes according to plan. The entire system is thoroughly inspected for quality and completeness. Quality work is guaranteed!

Firebrand will thoroughly wash clean and sanitize ceilings, walls, floors (where possible) doors, door jams, drains, sink area, table tops and frames, storage racks, processing equipment, cooler boxes, refrigeration evaporator coils and fans. We can also clean cooking and non-cooking appliances inside and out and then give them a final detail polish. Electronics and scales are excluded. The area to be cleaned must be cleared by your employees prior.
